Anaheim Town Car Services is the most amazing company for transportation to and from Disneyland!!! It is white glove service quality, and you as the customer just sit back and enjoy the ride and the professional service. We will ALWAYS use this service when traveling to Disneyland. They we on time, and also sent a text message before each pick up stating the drivers name and that they were on their way. As a father of 2 active girls, they made it easy to travel...even Disney movies to and from the airport were on in the car!!!! Highly Recommended.

We used this service to and from the airport to our hotel for Disneyland. I will never rent a car or use another service for our Disneyland trips again. It was a breeze to book, they had excellent availability for our larger group- including car seats and booster seats. We recently flew to John Wayne airport to visit Disneyland. I reserved Anaheim Car Service to pick us up at the airport to take us to our Disneyland hotel, and to return us to airport after our trip. We required a car seat for our 1 year old grandson. I was worried because we needed that car seat but Anaheim came right on time with a good car seat. Our drivers both legs of our trip were friendly, on time, offered us water bottles, drove safely. I was very impressed with all aspects of their service and will definitely use them again!

Trying to transport several family members with young children between the airport and Disneyland hotel was a challenge but Anaheim Town Car made it so simple! They provided all the car seats and boosters seats we needed free of charge. Great communication once we landed and I liked that they tracked our flights. They were very helpful with all the luggage and strollers and seemed to expect the chaos with kids. Vehicles were very clean, and our drivers were equally pleasant . I will certainly use them again. I highly recommend booking early!

Great experience! We booked Anaheim Town Car Service to get to and from SNA to the Grand Californian at Disney 4 months in advance online. I called a couple of weeks ahead of time to confirm the reservation, just in case but I’m not sure it was needed.

There were 7 of us traveling, including an infant and toddler so we booked car seats through them as well. The car seats were safe, clean and installed perfectly. I was so nervous about the car seats but they were great.

The experience could not have been smoother. I received a text message when we were getting our bags upon arrival that our driver was there. Pickup from the hotel when we were leaving was the same. Both pickups the driver arrived 10 minutes early. We will be using this company again next Disney trip.

This was the first time that I used a service like this for airport transportation and it won't be the last. The ride service was actually for my daughter who is going to school at Cal State Fullerton. She wanted to come home for the 3 day weekend and only booked her flight out of the Santa Ana Airport last Monday. She didn't have a ride to the airport so I googled airport transportation anaheim and Anaheim Town Car Services was first on the list and had the best reviews. I decided to get a quote and the cost was a little more than I wanted to spend but since my daughter only had a couple days before she was leaving, I decided to book it. The process was easy, I paid with my debit card and received an email from Anaheim Town Car Services immediately telling me that I will get a confirmation after the payment cleared. As soon as I got the confirmation I sent it to my daughter who told me that the pickup for the return was not correct so I called ATCS and the person I spoke to was very nice and changed the time for the pickup with no issues. I even received another confirmation email with the correction. As far as the actual service, when I heard my daughter tell her brothers that she felt like a celebrity when she was picked up, thats all I needed to know that she enjoyed it. I will be using Anaheim Town Car Services exclusively from now on whenever my daughter needs a ride to and from the airport.

We used Anaheim Town Car Services when arriving at LAX to our hotel by Disneyland and then again to return back to LAX. The service was absolutely wonderful. We fit all seven of us and our stuff in one nice clean car. I received a text when we arrived at the airport and when our driver was at our hotel in the morning. It was so helpful. I also have two young kids who need car seats and didn't have to worry about bringing them to the airport with me because they provided them. The car seats were already installed when they picked us up. Our driver even had waters for us with Toy Story playing for my kids and after a long travel day that was such a nice perk. Both our drivers were so kind and helpful as well. I cannot recommend this company enough. We will forever use Anaheim Town Car Services.

100% would recommend! Flying in with a toddler we were stressing about lugging around a booster seat our whole vacation and came across this business. Super easy to book online, and received a confirmation email in less than 24 hours. Halfway through our trip, our airline cancelled the second leg of our trip and we (thankfully) had an agent rebook us on another airline that got in an hour later than scheduled. We called the car service as soon as our tickets were issued while running to catch our flight and they said no problem, they'd be there for us. And they were. Waiting at baggage claim with a sign (kids thought it was cool!).

We actually used this service to an Angels game and had a great experience with them there too. Of course baseball games never end when you expect them to (ours ended super early) and our driver was close by so we didn't have to wait long.

Leaving California too we'd booked with them and were picked up on time. Seriously, what a difference it was to not have to carry around a clunky booster seat in the heat. We will definitely book with them again next time we're in town. Thanks for great customer service and great communication.

I highly recommend Anaheim Town Car Services. They answered the phone each time I called, I had to change our return pick up twice and it was easily accommodated. They had a very clean large van, included an infant car seat and 2 booster seats, and enough room for luggage for 6 plus a stroller. The car seats were already installed, clean, and ready to go. They were on time, professional, and did I say everything in the vehicle was clean? We had them pick us up at LGB ON TIME, and picked us up for our return out of SNA. They were so courteous when we were running 5 minutes behind trying to get out the door with an infant and 2 toddlers. We would use them again for sure!

5 star service from Raj. We used his service from LAX to the Disneyland Hotel and from the Disneyland Hotel to LAX and were really happy with his service. The vehicle was really clean, had the AC running when we boarded, Disney movies playing for our kids and Raj had cold bottled waters for those who wanted them. Raj was super friendly and on time for both legs of our trip. We will definitely use the service again when in the LA area.

Our family of 4 landed at LAX and needed to get to Disneyland Resort during rush hour. After reading some really nightmare reviews of other companies we put our trust in the rating of Anaheim Town Car. We were totally satisfied and so glad we waited to rent a car until after the Disney portion of our trip. The driver literally called us while we were on the plane waiting to get off. He was professional and pleasant. The vehicle was a clean and spacious Suburban. We really couldn’t have been more pleased and highly recommend them.

Absolutely stellar service! I initially booked for a trip in January, but the day of had to cancel because of a positive CV test (couldn't travel, obvi), and they were SO GOOD about refunding my money that I knew I would book when we actually were able to travel. So fast forward to April 12th - I booked round trip service from SNA to Disneyland Hotel. Our driver was waiting for us in baggage claim dressed in a suit with a sign. He took our luggage to the black Lincoln SUV (snaazzzzyyyy!) and drove us to our hotel. There were small bottles of water for us, individual climate control, and our driver was pleasant with great conversation. On our return to the airport, we had a black Suburban which was great for all the stuff we accumulated on our trip. The driver was super accommodating since we had a delay leaving the hotel that morning but still got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Definitely would book this company again for their amazing service!

We utilized Anaheim Town Car for our transportation round trip from Long Beach Airport to and from the Disneyland Hotel. The drivers were on time and very friendly. As soon as we got off the plane we had a text from the driver. I highly recommend this service.

This company and their employees did everything right. It was easy to reserve the service. Driver showed up as scheduled and was very polite. It was nice not to have to deal with "the zoo" Uber & Lyft can be.

When heading back home from vacation, Southwest changed our flight schedule four times, so we delayed our Car Service pickup time to have more fun at Disneyland and an hour later Southwest changed it back. When we called Anaheim Town Car service to tell them, they sent a driver out ASAP and we made it to the airport in plenty of time.

I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. From my initial phone call to my ride back to LAX, it was STELLAR service all the way. The van was spotless and downright beautiful. Our driver Raj was dressed impeccably, was super friendly and accommodating of my family and toddler granddaughter. Everyone I spoke to at this company had the same friendly attitude and made me feel valued.

Both to and from Anaheim from LAX, Raj was prompt, helpful and just the best! We even added a stop to Walgreens before checking in to our Anaheim hotel. He waited for us patiently and helped load our shopping bags too!

Anaheim Town Car Services was awesome!

We needed transportation from the Santa Ana Airport to our hotel near Disneyland Resort, but we wanted something private that could provide a car seat for our five year old. They fit the bill perfectly. Our driver, Syed, arrived early and picked us up just as we got to the curb. No waiting! The car seat was already perfectly installed. Syed wore a mask the entire drive, the car was clean, and we felt very safe.

When we returned to the airport after our vacation, Syed arrived promptly at our hotel, and we got to the airport hassel-free. Thanks for making our visit to Anahiem so much less stressful!

We would definitely recommend ATCS, especially if you want to pay for convenience when you have small kids.
