How it works

Its simple and easy. You make a reservation with us online or over the phone, and receive an email confirming your trip details. Then your driver will show up on the specified date and time, in a private vehicle of your choosing, and provide you with a comfortable and luxurious way to travel.

Airport Service

Departure flights (service to the airport): a driver will arrive at your residence, hotel, or business at least 5 minutes prior to the time of pick up, and if necessary will announce his or her arrival via cell phone. Already aware of your flight information collected during the reservation, the driver will make certain you arrive at the correct airline and terminal without instruction.

Arrival flights (service from the airport): all service from the airport is a "curb-side pickup”, unless “Meet & Greet” is requested. Once you have collected all of your luggage and are ready to be picked up, you'll make your way to the curb outside of baggage claim and inform the driver that contacted you via text or phone call, otherwise you can give us a call directly at (714) 381-9897. The driver will then leave the airport holding lot and promptly arrive at your specified location with your name sign on the vehicle's windshield (if required).

Meet & Greet Service: if you have requested the Meet & Greet Service during your reservation then a well-dressed driver will be waiting for your arrival in the baggage claim area with a printed sign of your last name. After you've met, the driver will then help you with your luggage as needed, and finally escort you to your waiting vehicle in the nearby parking lot.

Point to Point Service

The driver will arrive at the specified pick up location at least 5 minutes prior to the time of pick up, and drive you to the specified drop-off location. Our drivers have all the necessary address information provided during the reservation and our vehicles are equipped with GPS, so there wont be any need to give the driver navigational instructions. Fares are calculated automatically by distance.

Hourly Charter

In this service, a driver and the vehicle of your choosing will be at your full service for a scheduled number of hours, giving you the ultimate flexibility and control. A chartered service is best for those who wish to make multiple stops, and also in cases where the driver is required to wait, such as: special events, concerts, or a night on the town. Minimum of 4 hours required.

Payment Method

All reservations require a valid credit card, which will be charged for the price of the reservation. This makes using our services much more efficient for our clients as there is no need to go through the hassle of payment once you arrive at your destination. For those who wish to pay their fare with cash, a credit card is still required for your reservation, however you may provide the cash payment to your driver and your credit card will not be charged. You also have the option to put the gratuity on the provided credit card or you may choose to pay your tip to the driver in person. We also provide Square receipts when the payment is processed.
