You can make a reservation with us online or over the phone, and you’ll then receive an email confirming your trip details. Your driver will show up on the specified date exactly on time, in a private vehicle type of your choosing, and give you the highest quality travel experience.
Departure flights (service to the airport): your driver will arrive at your residence, hotel, or business at least 5 minutes prior to your chosen pick up time, and if necessary will announce his or her arrival via cell phone. Already aware of your flight information collected during the reservation, the driver will make certain you arrive at the correct terminal for your airline without needing any further instruction.
Arrival flights (service from the airport): our airport pickups are by default curb-side, unless our “Meet & Greet at Baggage Claim” service is requested (see below). Shortly after your flight lands you will receive a text from your driver letting you know that they are waiting for you. Once you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, you simply make your way to the curb outside of baggage claim and let the driver know you’re ready. At certain airports (particularly LAX and SNA) it helps to let the driver know which column number you’re standing near, as this makes identifying clients much quicker. The driver will then arrive at the curb ASAP and drive you to your specified location.
(Meet & Greet at Baggage Claim): if you have requested the Meet & Greet Service during your reservation then we will be waiting for your arrival in the baggage claim area. Our well-dressed driver will be holding a printed sign showing your last name. After making yourself known to your driver, they will then help you with your luggage, and escort you to your vehicle in the nearby parking lot.
Your driver will arrive at the specified pick up location at least 5 minutes prior to the requested time, and then drive you straight to the specified drop-off location. Our drivers have all the necessary address information provided during the reservation and our vehicles are GPS equipped, so there’s no need for you to give the driver any further instructions. Our rates are always upfront and are calculated by distance, not traffic.
With this flexible service, a professional driver and a vehicle type of your choice will be at your exclusive service for a scheduled number of hours, giving you total control. A chartered service is the best choice for those who need to make multiple stops, or in cases where the driver is required to wait, such as a special event, a concert, or a night on the town.
A minimum charter of 4 hour payment is required for this service. If time spent with the driver exceeds the number of hours booked, you’ll be charged for the excess number of hours at the end of the charter.
All reservations require full payment for the service to be made at the time of booking using a valid credit card. If the provided credit card is declined for any reason, your reservation will be put on hold and you will be emailed a link to modify and resubmit your payment details. Reservations only become active when you receive a confirmation number from us via email.
Advance payment means no delays when you arrive at your destination, which makes using our services much more efficient for our clients. You have the option to charge the gratuity for your driver on your credit card, or if you prefer you may choose to tip your driver in cash directly at the end of their service.
We will provide a receipt once your payment has been successfully processed.
