If you have scheduled a curb side pickup, your driver will meet you right outside the baggage claim area at the curb closest to the airport. The driver will send you a text message soon after your flight lands and when you’re ready to leave the terminal you can let them know. Otherwise, if you selected the “Meet & Greet at Baggage Claim" option during your reservation then your driver will be waiting to meet you in person at your designated baggage claim location. They will be displaying a printed sign with your name.
All reservations are paid for at time of booking via credit card, so there is no payment process required when you reach your destination. Your booking is only confirmed when your card payment is approved, so there’s nothing further to worry about. As for the gratuity, you may either select a percentage during your online reservation which will be charged to the provided credit card, or you may choose to pay the gratuity to the driver in cash. The choice is yours.
Absolutely. We are more than happy to provide this service for you. We will charge an additional $20 for this service, and your driver will take you to the nearest grocery store on the way to your hotel. Just make sure to let us know about the grocery stop under “Optional Needs” when booking online or mention it to our representative when you call if you are making your reservation by phone.
No, we only offer private rides. You and your party will always be the only passengers in the vehicle.
All of our prices are available online and are easily accessed once the initial trip information is given to our reservation system. You can view the rates for your chosen trip before you enter any personal or payment information.
Yes, we provide complimentary toddler seats (chose from forward or rear facing), infant seats, boosters, and even highback boosters. The child saftey seating is always pre-installed for you on the day of service. They are all high quality, from reputable brands, and meet all safety requirements. To ensure we have the seats you need on the day of service, you must request them at the time of reservation.

Usually we try to pair you with the same driver for both legs of a roundtrip, but due to scheduling constraints sometimes we might need to use two drivers.
We always appreciate it if you can give us a heads up about any changes in your flight, but we track flights in real time and will always do our best to make sure your driver is waiting for you at the airport when your flight lands.
