Where will the driver meet me at the airport?

Usually curbside, right outside of your baggage claim area. The driver will leave the airport holding lot as soon as you let him know you’re ready. However, if you selected the "Meet & Greet" option during your reservation then the driver will meet you at your designated baggage claim location with a name sign.

Is my reservation payed for or do I need to pay the driver after the service?

All reservations are payed for with the provided credit card so there is no need to go through the payment process after you reach your destination. If by chance you do wish to pay the driver the full fare in cash, you may do so and your credit card will not be charged. As for the gratuity, you may select a percentage during your online reservation which will be charged on the provided credit card or you may choose to pay the gratuity to the driver in cash.

Is it possible to make a stop to the grocery store on the way to the hotel?

Absolutely, we will charge an extra $20 fee and the driver will take you to the nearest grocery store to your hotel. Just make sure to let us know about te grocery stop under Optional Needs or to the dispatcher if you made your reservation over the phone.

Is this a shared ride service?

No, we only offer private rides, so you and your party will be the only passengers in the vehicle.

How do I get a price quote before I make my reservation?

All of our prices are available online and can easily be accessed once the initial information is filled into the reservation module, you will be able to view the rates for your trip before you enter any personal information and submit your reservation.

Does JAG Transportation provide child car seats?

Yes, we offer complimentary child safety seating that must be requested in the reservation. You will have the option to choose from toddler seats (forward or rear facing), infant seats, and booster seats.

Do you offer early morning and late night airport service?

Yes, JAG Transportation operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

Do you allow smoking or the drinking of alcohol in any of your vehicles?

All of our vehicles are non-smoking only; and as per California state regulations the drinking of alcoholic beverages is only allowed in our stretch limousine.
