My friend found Anaheim Town Car Services from a Yelp review, and I know that their five stars are well deserved. Over the past 18 months, I have used Anaheim Town Car Services about 10 times, and the experience has always been top notch. I know a lot of people use Uber and Lyft, but I prefer a professional car service. I like the idea of having a consist level of service the ride share apps cannot provide. In addition, services such as Anaheim Town Car Services provide a booster or child car seat, which means one less thing for me to bring on my vacation.

All of the drivers have been on-time and excellent drivers (I have had both Jag and Oz). This past weekend Oz was are driver and like our other experiences, the service was excellent. When I fly into Anaheim and need a ride, I know I can depend on Anaheim Town Car Services.

We were flying in to Disneyland for the weekend and I was stressing about transportation with a car seat...my friend recommended their services and I am beyond impressed with it! Best decision I've made. Jag picked us up on time (both times) He was very friendly, nice ride with cartoons in the back. Car seat was installed prior. Highly recommended!!!!

We had two rides while we were on vacation in early May 2019. Both rides were more than satisfactory. The drivers were dressed sharply, and acted with professionalism. Both of them spun up a movie for my grandkids to watch during the drives to and from the airports (without being asked, I might add). Good car seats were provided for my 5 year old and 1.5 year old.

Our ride from Santa Ana to our Disneyland area hotel was pleasant, and meet my expectations for a hired car ride. I had no complaints.

Our ride "home", to LAX was during rush hour, and we planned for plenty of extra time to ensure there were no problems. To my amazement, our driver showed no signs of the stop and go driving typical with rush hour, anticipating traffic's flow, and adjusting to smooth out all the issues with ease. His driving was so smooth that several of us fell asleep in the car ride. There was no one single thing, but my (and my family's) overall reaction to the ride was that it was top notch.

We would use the service again in the future without hesitation.

We arranged with Anaheim Town Services for round trip transportation from John Wayne Airport to The Disneyland Hotel. The drivers were punctual, professional, skilled drivers, and accomodating. They contacted us upon their arrival at the airport and Disneyland Hotel. For a party of four adults and two children the rates was very fair. We required two car seats for the children. They were clean, age appropriate, and current.

I highly recommend Anaheim Town Car Services and will use them again.

Wonderful!! We used this service from LAX to Disneyland and it started and ended our trip in the best possible way! Zero stress and well taken care of from start to finish both directions from the airport. Jag was our driver both times and he was prompt and provided exceptional service - a quick text when we landed and again when he picked us up. I had actually emailed the night before our return trip asking to be picked up an hour earlier than scheduled and had a response within 15 minutes on a Thursday night with the accommodating request. I can't say enough good things about our decision to use this service over an in-the-moment hire through an app. Peace of mind and well taken care of: a movie playing in the car to keep the kiddo entertained, booster seat provided, and cold water ready. Our family will definitely be using Anaheim Town Car Service and Jag on our next trip!

Far and away the best car service we've ever used! Every time we take the kids to Disneyland, we use these guys! Fast, courteous, & very helpful! This time we had a hotel change after our car was booked. I expected some difficulty in changing the car, but in the course of 1 email we were set to go! Thank you for always taking care of us!!

We booked Anaheim Car service for our recent trip to Disney. We booked the day before arrival and got the conformation within an hour! The vehicles were roomy and sparkling clean and Danny and Os were so wonderful! They also offer free car seats for toddlers which gave us one less thing to worry about checking at the airport. We will definitely use them again the next time we are traveling to the area!

Scheduling was very easy and price was reasonable. Danny the driver texted me before my pick up and and notified me that he was on his way. Arrived and was very helpful and courteous. Next time I travel to Anaheim I will certainly use them.

I requested a 3:15am pick up to LAX. Os (my driver) had great communication and arrived early. I was nervous traveling alone, but Os was a pleasure to talk to and immediately I felt relaxed. Anytime we head to an event or out of town we use only one service!!!! They are extremely kind, pleasant and professional. Always on time and all the drivers are amazing. Jag personally drives us and he is a class act.
