Cancellation Policy

A straightforward alternative.

We know that sometimes things don't go as planned, and for that reason we have made our cancellation policy as simple and fair as possible.

To avoid any charges, all cancellations must be received at least 10 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

For cancellations that are received between 10 and 3 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, 30% of your reservation total (one way, excluding gratuity) will be charged.

If your cancellation is received less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time, or in the event of a no-show, the full reservation total (one way, excluding gratuity) will be charged.

To make a cancellation you may login to your account and choose to cancel your ride. You’ll then receive an email confirming the cancellation.
