Cancellation Policy

A straightforward alternative.

We have made our cancellation policy as simple and fair as possible so that if your plans change unexpectedly, you’re not at a complete loss.

All reservations made will incur a 3% cancelation fee, this allows us to continue providing our clients the convenience of a prepaid system, while avoiding out of pocket costs.

To avoid any additional cancelation fees, all cancellations must be received at least 5 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

For cancellations that are received between 5 and 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, 50% of your one way reservation will be refunded. Gratuity (roundtrip) and return trips for roundtrip reservations will be refunded in full.

If your cancellation is received less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time, or in the event of a no-show, the one way reservation total (including gratuity) will be left charged. Any return trips for roundtrip reservations will be refunded in full (including gratuity).

To make a cancellation you may login to your account and choose to cancel your ride. You’ll then receive an email confirming the cancellation.
