The ride to Universal Studios Hollywood in the morning can typically take anywhere between 1 hour and 2 hours depending on freeway conditions. With weekdays between 6:30am and 8:30am putting the commute around the 90 to 120 minute mark, outside of those hours on weekday mornings and anytime on weekend mornings you should expect about an hour ride.
Unfortunately, you’ll need to take all of your belongings with you during your Universal Studios day trip, since the driver will not be waiting there for you and will most likely have other scheduled rides before returning for your ride back.
Yes, you can always change your return pickup time going back to Disneyland while you’re at Universal Studios, but you’ll need to make sure you give us or your driver at least a two hours “heads up”. This will allow us to make arrangements and ensure we’re on time for your new pickup time. Although we’re usually able to accommodate for this change in most cases, it does depend on our scheduling constraints.
Depending on the route your driver takes, you should be able to get a clear view of the Hollywood sign toward the end of your ride to Universal Studios.
