Terms & Conditions of Service

Reservations:

We accept reservations online or by phone, however your reservation is only confirmed/booked once you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline reservations due overbooking.

Guarantee of Service:

For residential, office, and hotel pickups, your ride is on site 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time, or we have notified you of a delay.

For pickups from the airport, your ride is there within 20 minutes of your flights arrival time, or we have contacted you and made alternative transportation arrangements.

We pride ourselves for years of consistent on-time service, however due to the severe traffic conditions of L.A. it is not always guaranteed.

Vehicle of Service:

For reservations made for a Town Car, we may provide service in an SUV at no additional charge; this is strictly due to availability constraints.

For reservations made for a SUV, you will only receive service in a SUV.

For reservations made for a Van with fewer than 8 passengers, we may provide service in an SUV.

The majority of the time, we do our best to provide service in the vehicle selected during the reservation.

Additional Stops:

One stop of 15 minutes or less that is on route to the destination, will be charged an additional $15. Additional stops must be mentioned during the reservation or before the date of service. (Does not apply for Hourly Charter)

Hourly Charter:

Only available locally, with a minimum of 4 hours.

Cancellation and No Show fees:

For cancellations that are received less than 2 hours prior to the pickup time, 30% of your reservation total (excluding gratuity) will be charged. For cancellations that are received after the scheduled pick up time or in the event of a no-show, the full reservation total (excluding gratuity) will be charged.
