We accept reservations online or by phone. However, your reservation request only becomes a confirmed booking once you receive an email from us with your booking confirmation number. We reserve the right to decline reservations due to overbooking.
Guarantee of Service:
For residential, business, and hotel pickups - your vehicle will be on site at the scheduled pickup time, or we will have notified you of any unavoidable delay.
For pickups from the airport - your vehicle will be there within 20 minutes of your flight’s actual arrival time, or we will have contacted you and made alternative transportation arrangements.
We pride ourselves in providing years of consistent on-time service, however due to the severe traffic conditions in Southern California and the unpredictable nature of flight arrivals we are unable to provide a 100% guarantee of on-time service.
Provision of Vehicles:
For reservations made for a Town Car, we may provide your service in an SUV at no additional charge. For reservations made for an SUV, we may provide your service in a Van at no additional charge. For reservations made for a Van, we will only provide service in a Van. For reservations made for a Limo, we will only provide service in a Limo.
Any upgrades to service as above are made purely due to scheduling and availability constraints, however if you do not wish to be upgraded for whatever reason please let us know when you make your reservation.
For almost all clients, the vehicle provided will be that chosen at the time of making a booking, but we do reserve the right to provide an upgraded vehicle where circumstances dictate – although we will do our best to avoid this.
One stop of 15 minutes or less that is on route to the booked destination will be charged an additional $20. Additional stops must be mentioned during the reservation, or before the day of service. (Does not apply to Hourly Charters)
This is only available locally, and for a minimum payment of 4 hours. You’ll have the option to make an unlimited number of stops and your driver will be on standby for as long as you need. If time spent with the driver exceeds the number of hours originally booked, you’ll be charged for the excess number of hours at the end of the charter with you provided payment method.
Cancellation and No-Show fees:
For cancellations that are received less than 2 hours prior to the pickup time, 30% of your reservation total (excluding gratuity) will be charged.
For cancellations that are received after the scheduled pick up time or in the event of a no-show, the full reservation total (excluding gratuity) will be charged.
